Custom process
After negotiation with customer, we prepare to launch new project.
1, If customer have the drawing, which includes the dimensions, materials, special requirements, then we can make the prototype according to the drawing.
2, If customer have no drawing, but have some specifications, we will communicate specific requirements to customers and make a drawing first and make a prototype for customer.
3. After prototype making, we will test it to make sure the samples are good quality to reach customer’s request, and then send to customer for testing and making confirmation.
4. After samples confirmed, we will prepare tooling for the product, also send golden samples to customer final confirmation, that is important before starting mass production.
5. The production flow as bellow:
→product cutter parts( blade, side panel, rods and stripper)→assemble to cutter→100% QC →assemble to cutting unit( cutter, motor and gears)→100% QC check on line→assemble to whole shredder→100% Inspection→Packing
After mass production and FQC, then we will pack the quality products according to customer’s request.

Then we will ship our goods, the shipping way will depend on customer’s request and order quantity.
